Alarm
is an integral part of safety and security. It allows detection
and reliable notification of unlawful intrusion, fire and
other emerency situation. Our company offers intrusion and
fire alarm systems for homes and businesses that provides
audible and silent alerts both on and off premises. With
the use of the Internet alarms can be activated and deactivated
remotely and alerts can be sent to any mobile devices or
to any remote security monitoring group such as the police,
fire department and internal security group.

ALARM |
| |
|
An
intrusion alarm has a control panel which is the brain behind
the system that receives all signals from different intrusion
sensors from door/window, motion and touch sensors or from
a manually triggered panic button. Whenever there is a break
in detected by any of the sensors, the control panel raises
an audible alert to sirens installed in the area. Simultaneously
it sends an alert signal to a remote security monitoring
group via landline and/or Internet.

|
A
control panel comes in wired, wireless and hybrid (wired
and wireless) versions. Wired models are usually used for
newly constructed homes and business buildings where the
wires can be hidden during the construction. The wireless
models are used in facilities that has finished its construction
and to herirage buildings. The hybrid models are used if
when the number of sensors are large in numbers. The wired
control panel can be strategically distributed and will
receive signals from wireless sensors.

Alarm
system can also be integrated to new and existing video
surveillance system that has an available input port for
alarm systems. Upon triggerring of alarm, the video surveillance
system will record an alert incident which can trigger people
monitoring remotely and even provide a push video if feature
is available.
|
| |
|
Alarm
system can also be integrated with light automations in
the event the alarm is triggered, lights can be turned on
in all or selected areas. Shade of lights can also be changed
for capable smart bulbs.

The
door/window sensors are contacts that sends a signal
to the control panel if a door or a window is open
when alarm is armed
|
|
The
motion sensor sends a signal to the control panel
if a movement is detected within 20 to 30 feet of
a 90 degree or more angle when alarm is armed
|
|
Touch
serors sends a signal to the control panel if an object
where the sensor is attached to is touched or moves
|
|
Panic
buttons when pressed sends a distress alert signal
to the control panel for any type of emergencies

| .FIRE
ALARM |
| |
 |
| |
|
A
fire alarm system is designed to alert us to a fire emergency
so that we can take action to protect ourselves and the
general public. Fire alarms are usually found in offices,
factories, public buildings and some households. If alarm
is triggered an audible alert will operate to warn people
that there may be a fire and to evacuate. The fire alarm
system can also incorporate a remote signal system to notify
the fire brigade.
|
| |
|
The
brain of the system is the fire alarm control panel. It
is the central hub of all the deterctor signals to be wired
to and provides a status indication to the users. The unit
can also be used to set up an alarm for routine fire and
evacuation drills so all staff knows what action to take
in the event of a real fire.
|
| |
|
The
core of this system are the detection devices such as intelligent
smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual operated call points
and break glass units. Detection devices are arranged in
zones to simplify the cause of alarm which is important
for the fire brigade and building management. Each zone
is indicated in the fire alarm control panel with an indicator
lamp, text display or both. For addressable type, each detection
device is a given a set address to determine which initiated
the alarm.
